West Frankfort fire officials have called in the state fire marshal’s office to investigate a fire there Saturday.

The department responded to a fire at a pavilion behind Centerstone shortly before 4 p.m., according to Chief Jody Allen.

The pavilion was fully involved when firefighters arrived on the scene. Two Centerstone buses received minor fire damage.
