PERRY COUNTY, IL. (WJPF) – A portion of Route 13 in Perry County will be closed through the weekend for construction.

Starting 6:00 PM Friday, Route 13 will be closed between County Line Road and Columbine Road, roughly 1 mile east of Coulterville.

The road is expected to re-open by 6:00 AM Monday, weather permitting.

The closure is for work on a drainage structure.
