Suspect in Ball Park Village shooting turns himself in

The suspect in a deadly shooting at St Louis’ Ball Park Village has turned himself in.

Scotty Joseph Lee is being held without bail.

Prosecutors filed a warrant Tuesday charging him with first-degree murder, assault, and two armed criminal action counts.

Police say several hundred people were on the rooftop level of the Budweiser Brew House at Ballpark Village Sunday night, when Lee and another man got in a shoving match.

Thirty-eight-year-old Corey Hall, who was a bystander, was killed when gunfire erupted. Another man was wounded.
